Saputara, a Grinagar, a hill station attracted each eye. The school named St. Anne’s school was inaugurated on July 2002. The Lord blessed us with bountiful graces on that day for the children of Advasis to begin an English Medium school, residential school.
Sr. Anne Fernandez, Provincial and her secretary were present to join in our happiness. The sisters from Shamghan community and Fathers from Shmaghan community were present for celebration. We are very grateful to Fr. Navarro who has taken a lot of interest to bring up that mission. On this auspicious day, we invited Talati of Saputara to join us. At the beginning we had lighting up the lamp, garlanding the chief guests, according to the culture. Fr. Navarro and Provincial, Sr.Anne went ahead of the New school Fr. Navarro blessed the school and Sr. Anne cut the ribbon. The school began started to give the admission forms. As Jesus Said “ Let the children come to me”. The sisters had the same enthusiasm to welcome the children to St.Anne School.
On 25th June, 2006 the inauguration of the new building, residence of the sisters and the hostel took place. The main celebrant was Fr.Joel. Sr. Anne, Provincial cut the ribbon and inaugurated the house. The house was blessed by Fr.Joel and Fr. Ishwan
